  • Are raw diets safe for pets?

    Yes, they are! This is what your pet was designed to eat! Quality raw meats are not just perfectly safe for dogs and cats, they are ideal.

  • Do I need to wean my dog off their previous diet?

    A lot of dogs take to a raw diet immediately without any issues. We suggest you start by serving 75% usual food in the morning with 25% raw pet food in the evening for the first week. Then move to 100% raw the second week. This should make sure the transition is smooth for you pet.

  • Can I keep defrosted portions to feed to my dog later?

    Yes you can keep any unused portion in the fridge until the next meal time. You cannot refreeze any pet food that has been defrosted. 

  • How do I know what the best food is to feed my pet?

    Pop into store and talk to one of us. We can provide useful advice while getting to know your pets needs. We can also go through products that are not stocked in our store and have them ordered in for you.
